The TTfone is a good basic phone but still contains all the essentials. Criticim is that if the produce is aimed at the "Senior" market the instructions are in far too small print and should spell out EVERY detail - currently unhelpful unless you have already some experience.

I got this phone for my mum who is not the best with technical things, she loves this phone the only thing not so good is that when you are writing a text message it can be a little hard to get the right letter and if you miss it you have to start the word again but apart from this a great item!

I am no technophobe and have had no problems at all with many phones over many years ranging from 'bricks' to an i-phone but this one (bought for my elderly father) is almost unworkable. It is not at all intuitive and the instructions appear to be translated word for word from Chinese by someone who has never spoken Emglish. Eventually after much trial and error managed to get my own phone number into this phone so at least my father can phone me.Not recommended at all! Hopeless for its target market of old folk.
