I am a very keen gardener and have used my trueshopping 42.7cc strimmer most days last summer and plenty of days already this spring. If you want to edge your lawn, clear nettles, brambles and tough grass the line spool makes easy work of this. If you want to clear heavier shrubs and tough undergrowth then simply change to the metal head and it will make light work of this as well. the real beauty in this strimmer is that it is lightweight for the engine size and easy to start. Even if you dont feel that strong the hardness will keep the machine in a sturdy position for you to finish the job. I looked at a lot of the branded products and they seem to have half the engine size's for nearly double the price. Brilliant product for a brilliant price.

Superb machine, This is the one to cut down brambles and thick hedgerows.
Much more powerful engine than many of the other models on the market as well as being a lot cheaper. Strong strap means the well built machine is very easy to use and can handle any job from trimming grass to clearing heavy undergrowth depending on which blade you use.

This is by far the best petrol strimmer i have purchased. In the past I used to go for lightweight strimmers as they were obviously cheaper but they can't even do a quarter of the job this beast can do. I moved house not that long ago and it has a large garden that really needed some work. I found this item and saw how powerful the engine was and the price and thought this was the one for me.
This beast will go through long grass and shrubbery like a knife through butter - especially with the 3 pronged metal blade. It was pretty simple to put together and was easy to start up (was firing on all cylinders after about 4-5 tugs) and easy to hold as well because of the harness. Its quite heavy and a bit noisy but I guess thats because its quite a bit of substantial kit. Would recommend this product to anybody who needs a lot of work doing in a short space of time in their over grown garden. Im sure that you could use this product for commercial use aswell such as cutting down long grass in a local park/ road side, and it would do the job with ease. 10/10
