Gun-shot wounds can damage your health.
Two to the body mass, maximum trauma - DOUBLE-TAP
Plus one to the head, destroy the brain, shut down nervous systems, chummy down for good - TRIPLE-TAP
Ex Detective Chief Inspector 'Sandy' Sanderson may have been gored to death by his own guard dogs, but it was still murder. - THE TRAMPS ARE BACK !
The violence of his long distant, murky past has returned with vengeance, threatening seemingly unconnected victims. Players in a history best not told.
For Detective Inspector Andy Wallace, a displaced Scotsman with misplaced humour, there are only two possible suspects;
Edgar Marshall, one-time mercenary and stoical survivor of an Angolan prison-from-hell. Now employed as a Private Security Contractor in Iraq.
Killing his trade.
'Mad' Lennie Lester, retired 1960's East End hard-man gangster, enforcer, torturer, and formerly convicted, unjustly, for the murder of his old boss, Jack 'Handle' Stein.
As the body count rises, dispatched by high-powered sniper rifle, these unlikely allies unite in a race to wreak pay-back-time and to prise free the 'grisly secrets of gruesome old men' from the Fat American.
Secrets to die for.
But a lone shootist, The Last Tramp, is still out there somewhere in the dark dangerous streets of a South London sink estate, programmed to kill them both...............

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast-paced and action packed 5 Jan 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
This author cleverly interweaves fact and fiction to create a wholly believable and punchy page-turner. I have read all of his books to date. They are good stories, well researched and thought out, and full of plot twists. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hard men, hard to put down. 12 Oct 2011
By Chrispy
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This thriller see's two of the main charaters, one a proffesional soldier working for an agency involved with secret service operations and the other an underworld gangster of the 1960's still with a passion in the 21st century for his gruesome trade, become unwittingly embroiled in a minefield of murder & corruption which transpires to cover up the trail of a past conspiracy. The flowery! language befits the characters and with plenty of action throughout you will find it hard putting this book down.
Once again this author shows humour within the dialogue.

5.0 out of 5 stars Triple-Tap 11 Jun 2011
By Carolgw
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Triple-Tap' is historical mystery thriller going back to events that happened in the 1960's, brought forward to the 21st century, with the main character bringing the burden of the past with them. This book is for those who like a lot of action and with good plotting. It is well researched and the characters have a depth to them drawing the reader in, to the toughness and ruthlessness of the world of professional private soldiers. A very good story. After having read this online, I decided to buy the paperback version for my husband who is a bit technophobic and he agreed that this was a very good story, well thought out and definitely a book most men would enjoy reading.
