Really enjoyed this documentary. It was a slice of life of the delightfully weird and rich world of the most well established fandom subculture. Will eventually watch the sequel.
Favorite episode, Leonard Nimoy recounting a story where John Wayne snuck up on him at movie studio party, and made a Spock joke. Kind of touching to see Scotty and Bones, who have since passed on. If you like Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends, or documentaries like Darkon, which explore lesser known corners of America, this may be a nice treat for you.
