This cheerful plastic bottle is full of every mineral I've ever heard of (see manufacturers description above) from a natural source. It seems an easy way to take minerals, because I actually think that the foods we eat often come from mineral depleted soils - so taking a supplement is a good idea.
The liquid itself is very pale yellow and doesn't taste too bad - slightly bitter, but okay straight from the fridge.
I guess a very easy way to ensure you get all your minerals!

Great source of minerals, Unpleasant taste in water

I purchased this and the manufacturer states there are more than 75 trace minerals in the product. If true, then definitely worth it. I will say the taste is not so good (the manufacturer even mentions it) so you definitely want to put it in with juice or another drink. Water won't cut it, it has an unpleasant taste.
