TP Forest Lodge is a wooden playhouse that has many extras. A verandah that makes a great look out is a safe access to the slippy slide. Flat treads on the ladder give smaller children better balance and security up to the verandah with safety rail.
TP Forest Lodge compliments most gardens and has attractive window frames, a chimney stack and a fabric door which is good to hide behind.

This is the second 'TOY' we have purchased from TP, the first one had so many manufacturing issues we sent it back.
We were hoping this was better as it looked good and had some good reviews. Once it arrived we set it all out and immediatley realised that some parts needed 'encouragement' to 'fit', some pre-drilled holes were off by 2 centimetres meaning it wouldnt fit and some predrilled holes werent pre-drilled at all!! Fortunately we paid a good Joiner to come and help as you try telling an excited 3 year old his 'treehouse' has to go back because of poor workmanship! Overall I'm surprised that the TP design team havent tweaked this product as it could be so much better and fun for all, but my biggest dissapointment is this is manufactured with preformed tools and every one coming off the production line should be the same and flawless which it is far from!
My advice is if you do buy this you better have great DIY skills or hire a joiner to assemble it (even then it took 5 hrs+).

this play house is brilliant the kids love it. it was easy to build would recommend having a power drill with allen key attachments as this would have taken ages by hand but on the whole the instructions were easy to follow, and the parts are all drilled with pilot holes although a couple had to be opened out a little they all fit together nicely. i would also recommend getting the slide extension as we have a patch of grass missing now but i would highly recommend this to any one who was looking to buy one i got this item for £270 from amazon the cheapest i could find it

We bought the Forest Lodge for our 2 year old daughter and it was an absolute nightmare to construct. My husband spent about 8 hours putting it together, there were parts missing, some of the instructions were wrong and the holes werent big enough. Saying all that, its sturdy (so far), looks great. is of a high quality and our daughter absolutely loves it.
