Unfortunately I had to return the set (to Amazon) as it continually cut out after about an hour of use. The picture would disappear, even when watching a DVD, but the sound would continue, so it was clearly not some sort of "standby" function. Toshiba couldn't/wouldn't help me, as apparently Amazon buy out the warranties, so I had no option but to return it.
Very disappointed, as it was exactly what I was looking for for my daughter's bedroom.

The TV is lovely, great sound / picture etc. We bought this for our daughter for Christmas, hoping to mount it on the wall as you can with almost every other tv on the market.
My oversight, I should have read more of the reviews, this tv can;t be mounted....disappointing.

Good looking TV, light and slim. Happy with it intially - picture quality is good and sound reasonable. However the remote stopped working after about two months and then the DVD packed-up after 6 months. Just in negotiations with Toshiba about a replacement.
