I received this item very quickly, but this was the only good thing about this product and the company selling it.
After that I discovered that this item wasn't new, it had scratches and furthermore the power supply connector wouldn't fit on the docking station, so unable to use it.
Now the fun didn't stop there. When I tried to have it returned, the unhelpful people at DiscountedtoYou did everything except assistin in returning this item.
I never received a prepaid return address nor and I am still waiting almost 2 months on.
So my advise to any Customers for this Rogue & Crook company called DiscountedtoYou [seller profile: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aag/main?ie=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&orderID=203-3222501-5911550&seller=A2HKSSQ2T99Y9X], beware as if may receive faulty goods and no luck in sending it back.
To make things even worse, AMAZON wasn't helpful either as their Return Team closed the return request after I escalated it to them. I tried to call them but that was a total waste of time - the person I spoke to didn't to understand English correctly and tried to look at the issue.
So at the end, I could only challenge the transaction via my Credit Card company to obtain a refund which is what I am doing now.
DISCOUNTTOYOU Should be BARRED from selling as I see from other feedback these guys have been selling faulty goods.
AMAZON, please get your Return Support Team sorted out because the service you provided me was rubbish at best!
