Had mine now for 6 months originally purchased off ebay. For the price its pretty good probably paid for itself. The chainsaw chain went blunt but it did get a bit of use and maybe i didnt have it set correctly. The hedge trimmer is fine and the strimmer is heavy duty handling brambles and couich grass well as is the blade. The extension pole is ok but it is very heavy to handle--ok if you dont have too much high work to do.#
The pull cord mechanism broke early on but the tech guys told me what the problem was and how to fix it --and its been ok since. ( a bit of loctite on a bolt sorted it.

Connecting the attachments can be a bit awkward at times especially if the slot gets damaged. The spring mechanism where the attachments connect is a bit flimsy and my spring broke but it still tightens up ok

Another problem just arisen which may be more serious and that is the starter cord is ripping itself back out of my hand and not starting. Youtube suggests it could be a damaged/ misaligned fly wheel key or bent crank. Jammed the hedge trimmer on a branch and didnt like it after that.
If your handy with motors this is probably a good value piece of kit and if you dont give it too much hammer should last a while (i use it in my business and not just my own home)

The item arrives in a big well packed box with plenty of protection.

The unit.
------------
You get in the box:

1 x Motor unit,
1 x extension bar drive,
1 x pruning saw attachment (it's like a mini chain saw)
1 x Hedge trimmer unit,
1 x Strimming head with cord line and fixed disk cutters,
1 x safety kit - goggles, ear defenders and gloves,
1 x basic tools, mixing bottle, back strap and instructions.

Starting.
-----------
The set comes with a 2 stroke mixing container so it is quite easy to get the correct oil to petrol mix. The motor usually starts on the second pull with the choke half out for about 30 seconds and then it is ready to go. The motor is quite noisy but runs well and has enough torque to run the various attachments.
We have had a problem with the pull cord. Basically the recoil spring seems very strong and pulls the cord back in very quickly allowing to tangle up and knot. I have contacted the supplier and they are send through a new one.

Setting up and using.
----------------------------
I did not have any problems with this but I am familiar with this type of tool having a small holding and I use them all the time. The first job we did was to use the pruning saw. Some assembly is required which is very easy. The saw did the job in my Dad's garden but the oil leaked out of the oil box and ran down the pole. On investigation a washer seems to have been missed out when it was assembled in the factory (more on this problem later)

We then used the hedge cutter and this was quite good and did the job on a mixed hedge well. The Strimmer was next, it worked fine but the supplied cutting cord was quite flimsy and was used up quickly.

It strims, clips hedges, lops branches, cuts brush, can be a bit too heavy for some people. It's ok. OK?

Arrived promptly and well packaged. There was some minor damage found but I contacted the help line and Rik was most helpful. I received a replacement part the following day. Great service. Putting the thing together was pretty easy. I had read several reviews which were helpful, although I think the criticism of the manual was a bit harsh. OK it's not brilliant but served the purpose. I have so far used the brush cutter, strimmer and hedge cutter. For my medium sized garden and on domestic use I think it is brilliant and amazing value for money. The extension makes it easy to reach tall shrubs that would otherwise need steps or a platform. The unit assembled is quite heavy, but well balanced if the strap is correctly positioned, so I didn't find that a problem. Certainly starts easily and if cleaned and greased regularly should give good service.

I feel like I have been conned!!!!
handle rotates around the shalf and now the trigger is doing the same (and that part was factory fitted!)
Complained to company but they were not interested and fobbed me off with a line about it being designed this way....well if you like the engine to slowly turn upside down and the tool to become impossible to use then they designed it perfectly!!!!!

It I could turn back time I would run 100miles.
Replaced all tools with Greenworks battery tools (which are totally amasing in quality, design and power) and 100% recommend anyone to look at this range instead.

I chose this rating cos it's a pretty solid machine much better than the model I had from screw fix and they replace a part rather than having to return whole thing when I snapped a fixing

The guard under the tank has broke already and the cutting wire on the strimmer is useless but still well worth the money for what you get, I got a new reel of wire from a DIY store and now works a treat,
