The quartet -- and first UK rock band to join the Jagjaguwar inner circle -- is eager to stress that Tidings is not a proper… Read more in Amazon's Wolf People Store

Eh? 12 Mar 2012
Format:Vinyl
This album is not a follow up to 'Steeple'. It's a collection of, mainly, home recorded early singles and titbits that originally came out on vinyl and for download in 2010.

When viewed as intended it stands up as a semi-great document of a work in progress from a fantastic band. Tracks like 'October Fires' and 'Cotton Strands' can't be argued with.

Really enjoyed Steeple and was looking forward to this new release , by Wolf People , They seem to capture , late 60s early 70s rock music , with guitar riffs organs , and flute , a bit of Jethro Tull , Wishbone Ash , but this offering thou not bad , feels like the have run out of idea's
There are a lot of Studio out takes , were the band , and sound crew, have there chatter recorded , plenty of feed back
Hope fully they will find there way , as there is a market for this brand of Rock , and I think, they have the potential
to come back , and produce a quality album in the future

Work in progress 4 Aug 2010

Format:MP3 Download
Very much a work in progress from this up and coming band and like the previous 2 star reviewer i also saw them at greenman in 2008 but i think his review is a tad harsh - they're not the final product yet but anyone with a love of late sixties early seventies psych rock should check these out and fingers crossed their new album due later this year will be amazing!
