An avid fan of the Biggest Loser Series I couldn't wait to get my hands on this game, in actually fact I have even bought the DS version as well so I can have it with me in my hand bag.
You get such a good work out and I have tried a few fitness wii games all of which I didn't particular enjoyed. This beats those hands down (EA Fitness, Personal Trainer etc) you get a really good workout and I really ached for a couple of days after. I have read reviews where people have said that it is easy to cheat at the exercises, I say more fool them. The way I look at it is - if you buy this game and cheat, then you are only cheating yourself.
I have come across a couple of glitches. One being unable to change the calender for my routine. You are suppose to be able to delete days where you don't want to work out and move them to another. Whilst I can create a workout for a day I can't seem to delete it (I don't want to workout on a sunday), so if you come across the buttons or how to do this please let me know. The other problem that I found is some of the recipes. Although they say there are over 50, there arent that many to choose from in each category ie. lunch only a handful. The main meal recipes are good with a variety and I have cooked two so far. The thing you would need to be care is, is that some don't say how many people it is to serve. ie. I did the BBQ chicken and because it was only two chicken breasts needed I assumed it would serve 2. After some investigation I found that it was meant to serve 4 - no way would that have been anough but for only 120 cals we double up anyway. The only thing was with this articular recipe was that I went and bought all the ingredients for it and then when reading the instructions it says now put in your red pepper - erm scuse me.... you didnt list this in the ingredients, hence I didn't have them.
So although you need to be careful with the recipes, they taste really nice, so much so I am today buying the recipe book. Someone has said they some of the recipes are defunct for the UK as you can't buy the ingredients, look on the internet and you can easily find UK alternatives.
The reason I bought the DS one is so when I am out on business for a few days I can keep on track by browsing through.
Overall, excellent product, although a bit more care and attention should have been made with the recipes, but as long as people are aware of this I would recommend it.
