The Rough Guide aims to tell you the thruth about the places you wish to visit. Very informative, including all up to date information obtained on the various locations, the Rough Guide also includes tips not only on how to go about your visits, where from and for how much, but also the normally insignificant information of other guides, such as the renovations that are taking place, until when. Although in some places opinionated, the authors provide a refreshing insight into places, reagrding their history, reputation, and above all, hidden truth, that may not be included in guided tours in the same place. It is easily referenced, quick and useful to use for immediate information on prices, or travel departures, while at the same time, provides an excellent read while making your way to your destination. A worthwhile book that explores all the places you didn't necesarily know existed, while providing the reviews of the local bars, restaurnats and local entertainment, with the odd vocabulary you may need to acompany it! After living in Spain for four months with another 5 months to go, the book has been a lovely book to refer too, and has very little faults.
