Product Description

The aim of this book was not to give complicated scientific detail into every single biological
process involved in bodybuilding that leaves everyone but the very informed or qualified
scratching their heads and the writer feeling superior. This is not needed. Though in depth
at times this book is intended to be a commando of education not an encyclopedia. Hit hard
and fast and learn what you need to grow not to get bogged down with more things to think
about, worry about and get distracted by. Just what will make you massive follows!

It’s not meant to have every supplement ever produced on the planet in it- just the ones that
work to date. I could go into minute detail on the molecular weight of Amino Acids, the
digestive process, cells and more. A whole book could be written on each item and process
mentioned alone. It’s not about showing you every exercise under the sun, or to have every
single idea on bodybuilding diet. I put forward the ideas that do not bog you down but make
you grow without confusion. That lets you plan your own way forward armed with the right
knowledge. More detailed exploration can wait for the website.

You do not need to know how a car is made to drive it. A general does not require every
single bit of information. He is told in clear, concise terms what he needs to know for the
purpose at hand and then acts upon it. Like a general we are at war. A war against being
small. Our best hope is to get clear, concise, information to win this war in the shortest time
possible with minimal casualties. There are plenty of other books that can tell you in minute
detail the workings of cells or the nervous system but how many pounds of muscle has that
put on people?

A NOTE TO THE NATURALS

This book is intended for both the chemically enhanced and drug free bodybuilder.
This book does contain information about anabolic steroids and other pharmaceutical aids
but, as I discuss more fully in those sections, this is because I strongly agree that we should
talk openly about these products and practices. They are a fact of bodybuilding. Otherwise
they go underground and people get misinformed and this is a very dangerous situation indeed.

This book puts things into perspective which is why you will see that the Anabolic
Steroids and other drugs are near the very end of the book. I give the natural methods first
because these should be attempted and mastered before just jumping into chemical factors.
Drug free trainees or those that cannot get hold of or will not take drugs often give up
bodybuilding thinking that they cannot do it without drugs or that they do not have the
‘genetics’ for it. This is pure bull. By following routines of the chemically enhanced or the
advice from less than honest authorities you will indeed stale your progress but I have seen
too many people put on mass without any drugs in a short space of time that I am
convinced that anyone can transform their potential by following the methods in this book.

No one I have advised has failed to gain beyond their wildest dreams. They have made
more progress in a few months than in years of following conventional thinking. That is not
egotistical on my part it is fact. They have told me. I have seen it happen.
I have put on 5 stone of muscle in four years. Two of those were gained in the one year that
I practiced what I preached. 100% drug free. Taking no less than a protein blend, amino
acids, glutamine and a lot of hard work.

Anyone who says that you cannot grow without drugs has not read this book. Try out what I
say and you will become a believer. What have you got to lose?
If you put into practice just the protein intake rules you will gain upwards of 14lbs in one
year. I have seen it happen too many times to doubt it. I have done it myself and I am
genetically average. Throw in the training, rest and supplements factors given to you here
and you have a serious amount of mass to look forward to.

So sit back and read this book and prepare t

Choose a different book!

Although it outlines some principles for training (a small amount of the book), it fails to:
1) Provide example routines for any level. This also put's everybody together.
2) Suggest preferred exercises
3) Explain the principles - For instance; it mentions drop sets, but does not explain fully what a drop set is. I know, but not all the readers will.

It is also littered with errors within the text, showing you that this book has not even been reviewed. It appears that this was knocked up on a home computer for a quick profit.

I am sure this guiy could have made a decent book, but this is an incomplete and rushed effort.

As for the positive reviews......they are either friends or simply have not read much on this subject. The author let himself down with this effort.

Brilliant 10 Mar 2012
Not that much to say about this book except for "BRILLIANT" talk about cutting to the chase,no going round the houses etc.
This is straight to the point info you need to know no matter what your goals are its the stuff you don't get to know in the main stream magazines and books who seem more bothered in advertising supplements than helping one reach his/her goals. All i can say is buy it you will not be disappointed.

Take a good three seconds to lower the weight (more fibres are recruited in the lowering phase of a rep) and a good two seconds lifting it. "e;

Typically I start with a high rep set. This works as a warm up and starts the whole process off. The high rep set also lets you get the feel of the movement. Then I do what is called a drop set, a nuclear bomb of a method I heard about once again from Arnold (not personally from his writing), which floors most of the fibres in one go. Then I go onto another exercise, a compound one, and do low reps 8 and then 6 for example. Then to finish things off I do a high rep flush set (explained further on). "e;
