Dutch Import for a Dutch Episode, Perfect! 16 May 2011

This is a Dutch import of 'The Commander episode' `Blacklight' that was the 4th in the miniseries of the Lynda La Plante made drama's staring Amanda Burton as Clare Blake. For some strange reason this episode never made it to the UK market on an official release so I am glad to finally have an official release for my collection who care's that the packaging is in Dutch it's sits nicely along with my Dutch imported `Silent Witness' series!

Blacklight is of course actually partly filmed in Amsterdam and stars the Dutch actor Yorick van Wageningen who plays Van Hauten a Dutch police officer hoping to solve a murder in Holland that may be connected to one in the UK!

A great episode of The Commander and certainly one for the collection, all I need now is for the official release of the final episode of The Commander `The Abduction' in Holland!

Another excellant job by Amanda Burton. This is one gritty show and it is not for the faint of heart. It reminds me of CSI. The episodes are exciting and they keep your interest. If you like English police or mystery shows you will like this one.
