I bought this (as I often do) during revision for end of year exams. A silly little widget or gizmo that makes me feel like I have accomplished something after hours of revising. Makes great tea and looks cool, though it does take up quite a lot of space in the mug.
Also, cleaning it out is a little gross, you kind of have to open the end and pour the tap into it while squeezing it to make the damp tea move. Then the water gets in and behind it and it starts coming out. Only takes like 45 seconds but its a bit grim and makes a mess in the sink.
