Clean, easy to use but best of all you don't need to burn your fingers getting it out. Nice holder that takes care of the drips and holds a good quantity of loose tea. I suppose the best feature of all is you get no residue taste of the infuser. I drink a lot of white tea and have noticed in the past that both plastic and metal tea infusers have left an odd taste in the tea, ok not an unpleasant or strong taste but nevertheless it's not supposed to be there. With this infuser I would have to say it's not happened so 5 stars. In terms of space, the design gives enough for the water to move round the tea and the holes are of the right size so you don't end up with natty bits in your favourite brew. What's left to say other than...stick kettle on!

Its a great Infuser, and ive tried a few. I have yet to find the perfect one, but this is as close as I have ever got. Yes, the holes are small enough to prevent any tea leaves escaping into your cup, but I find it needs to brew for quite a few mins to get a strong cuppa. It looks fantastic in your kitchen, and lovely to serve your guests a cup of tea with this in it, very stylish and with its own drip dish, no hassle.
I guess my problem is.... I want my mug of tea to taste as good as it does when made in a pot, without the hassle of making a whole pot! I wish they sold these in all the colours and not just green, id like them all!
So 5 stars to this product, it would be a great gift to any tea jenny, or the mum who has everything on mothers day perhaps?

Have used one of these infusers for quite some time and it is very good for loose green tea and other teas.
Purchased one as a gift for someone who drinks only normal black tea and it is hopeless - have to strain the tea again. Tried four different loose black teas and result same with them all.
I do recommend the product, but only if the tea you use does not have very small leaves.
