the middle size is perfect for cutting scones, the larger one is perfect for empire biscuits and the wee one is perfect for tartlets. Most sets that I've seen in the shops come in a set of 8-12. I only need the 3. If I want bigger biscuits then I can cut the dough when its thicker and then roll it it a bit more.

We had been looking for pastry cutters everywere and when we saw these we thought we give them a try, and we are very glad we did.
We use them to make scones, with the differnt sizes you can decide which size you wanna use.
Have not had any problems with them

These pastry cutters made really good mince pies. How do I know? I got a letter from Santa saying they were fabulous!! Can't do better than that!

Good product
Bought for my first scones baking performance. Glad of having it in my kitchen. It is very usefull and I can reccomend it to anyone interested in baking scones or pastrys.

A good buy
