Product details

Product Description

Sleek, professional, and luxurious, the TAG Heuer Carrera automatic watch for men (model #WV2115.BA0787) is an exquisite timepiece for both business and pleasure. A great choice for globetrotters, it includes a dual-time hand that displays the time in a second time zone. The stainless steel watch case measures 38.2mm wide (1.54 inches). The black dial face includes luminous baton hands (with seconds hand), luminous stick hour markers, small minute indexes, Arabic numerals placed on the interior of the bezel, and a date window at 3 o'clock. It's completed by a triple-link stainless steel bracelet band that mixes brushed and polished finishes. Other features include a Swiss-made automatic movement (with a 38- to 42-hour power reserve), highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet)--enabling it to withstand splashes and accidental dunks into the water, but not suitable for swimming.

1.0 out of 5 stars For the money buy something else! 5 Mar 2012
By Mark Domanski - Published on Amazon.com
Watch stopped working after a month (jewlery store had 14 day return policy), send in for warranty in NJ, said they have to replace whole movement and they need to get parts from Switzerland which may take up too 3 months. You'd think they'd send you a new watch, when I asked the support at Tag about this his answer was we only use the finest quality parts on our Tag watches, I was like huh, that wasn't even the question. So I decided to go to Tags website, the only contact info on the site is for watch repair. In this day of age I should be able to find some kind of place to find info on how to contact a company other than it's repair center in NEW JERSY!

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice watch but not happy with TAG 20 Dec 2010
By Amazon Buyer - Published on Amazon.com
The watch stop working after about 1 1/2 yeras. By then I have not used it for more than 15 times. Even though it was still under warranty (2 year warranty) TAG Service Center in NJ gave me a hard time repairing it for free. I sent them a copy of the warranty card but they wanted to see the copy of the receipt etc. Imagine if it was a give and if I didnt have the receipt, I would have had to pay for it. Their estimate was $280/-. You do not expect an expensive watch (I paid $1,700/-) to stop in few months.

5.0 out of 5 stars Product is good - but some vendor complaints 5 Sep 2013

Jomashop has a bad attitude when comes to the customer and lead time involved in repairing my faulty watch. 6-8 weeks.
I did request an even exchange for new watch Jomashop was a no go they provided excuse 'watch shows wear' - meadow muffins,
I seriously doubt Jomashop excuse as such a quality watch should show little if any signs of wear in less than one month.

Good product bad vendor...
1.0 out of 5 stars hadwatch for few months and did not keep correct time ... 3 July 2014
By Mario & Karen - Published on Amazon.com
had purchased for husband as gift. had watch for few months and did not keep correct time since purchase. spoke with Jomashop repair department for seller and was told to send back. after almost 6 weeks they sent back watch and told us they rest hand tested for water and was ok they also said watch was worn and scratched all over and that we dropped it. The watch had MINOR scratches from daily wear but was never dropped or banged. Months later watch stopped working all together. We called Jomashop again and were told to send it back again to have them look at it as it should still be under warranty. A few weeks later received watch back with a repair center slip that stated the watch was worn and scratched with very deep dents on case and bezel. NOT TRUE It also stated it was dropped or hit very hard NOT TRUE and has broken screws. I told them the only people to open it was them and how did I know they did not drop it? The man named Roy got very sarcastic with me and rude. when I told him I was writing all of this down the phone connection was disconnected. Please stay away from this seller!!!!
