These shoes were ordered for my daughter, they arrived, looked okay but were BIGGER than the size 5 it said it was on the shoe. They were bigger than a 5. We telephoned their company and a lady said a lot of their shoes come fitted for sizes for all over the world, so it might not always be the same fitting as a British size. So why didn't they tell us that in the description? Then we had to return them, which we were advised, by their company, to do with a secure tracking service at the Post office, which cost us over £11! It cost us a lot of money for the shoes and postage in the first place, and then £11 odd to return them again. We then ordered a size 4 instead, even though she's not a 4 she's a five, and they sent them and they fit better. However I asked for the cost of the postage back for the first pair, as I felt for what we had paid all round it was far too dear and it wasn't our fault that the shoes were too big! They said we shouldn't have used such an expensive return, I explained that their company told us to! They said as a 'gesture of goodwill' they would send me the cost of what they would have paid, which was £3.78. Had they not told us to use secure tracking in the first place we wouldn't have! We never heard back again, I asked them were they going to send it and when, and they never replied. We had no email communication back to say they had or were about to send the money. So for quality and service I would not recommend them.
