Ordered this item directly from Amazon.co.uk and received it as promised the following day by Prime delivery. On insertion into my phone, I got a message saying 'Inactive SIM'. Requested assistance from T-mobile shop and performed a top-up using the swipe card as was suggested. However the phone still said 'Inactive SIM'. After 3 visits to the T-mobile shop, was informed that the SIM card must have been 'lying around somewhere' and that it was dead. T-mobile were kind enough to transfer my credit to another SIM card, but I could have done without all this hassle. Amazon apologized and refunded the very low price I paid for the SIM, which I was not really after, as the inconvenience I had suffered was far greater than the 89p paid.
