Thinking a manual grinder would be fine, I was sadly disillusioned. I will have to set the alarm 15 minutes earlier if we want freshly ground coffee in the mornings. On first use the thing fell apart!!!! We tightened everything up and it worked fine, apart from much needed elbow grease. Coffee was gorgeous, which I had whilst satdown trying to get some energy back!!!
