The sync and charge cable works perfectly well for syncing but does not seem effective at charging my Treo 750. When it is connected the charging light does not come on, unlike with my previous retractible sync and charge cable which got broken. Sometimes when attached the Treo Battery indicator does increase very slowly. But on one occasion I attached it on a dead battery - after 2 hours it had crept up to 29% charge, so I left it on all night and in the morning the battery was completely dead again. Unfortunately charging lead are not all that easy to get hold of for the Treo 750 and if you can get one that has a sync connector as well this is preferable as it stays on better, so it might still be worth buying this on the assumption mine is just a dud, especially if you would not mind an extra syncing lead, as it does this well.
