Does the job well, and will even remove Windows-based viruses. Although these viruses won't work on your Mac, it will help stop you accidentally passing them on to your Windows-owning colleagues. LiveUpdate virus definitions are only once a month and quite small, so I'm not sure if the definitions contain information about all the Windows viruses (on my Windows machine I'm getting new definitions practically daily). The AutoProtect feature means you don't have to actively do a scan as it will scan all files you access for viruses before they can be run.
Price tag is quite hefty compared to the Windows version, and I am wondering whether it's really worth it considering that there aren't any Mac OS X viruses out there (yet). Works on Mac OS X 10.3 but make sure you run LiveUpdate immediately after installing.

Although this product worked very well on OS X 10.3, AutoProtect does not work on OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and Norton have yet to release a European edition of Norton Antivirus 10, which will address the compatability issue (as at 20 June 2005).

This software is first class.The Live updates help you to stay one step a head of the hackers.The manual is really clear it explains all about the different types of virus'. It's really easy to install.I would highly recommend this software to anyone who has a MAC and spends a lot of time online. I've installed this software on my eMac with MAC OS X and Norton AntiVirus 9.0 works like a dream.DON'T HANG AROUND GET THIS SOFTWARE TODAY!
