This is one of the larger Sylvanian products. A lot more fun that nt houses it has ladders and balconies and lots fo innovative features. It also has lots of room inside to house your sulvanian families. My 6 and 8 year olds play with Sylvanins for hours

Great product, and very good value. My little girl loves it. It made a lovely change on Christmas Day, to not have to spend hours building toys. The treehouse came practically fully assembled in the box and was ready to play with within about ten minutes.

This is a really nice treehouse, was a little disappointed when my daughter broke the gate within the first 5 minutes, but everything else is very durable. We bought this initially with just the dining room set and one family, and to be honest you need to get all the furniture straight away otherwise you are limited to the play you can do.

Sylvanian Tree House
My daughter is crazy about Sylvanians. The tree house has been a great inspiration for her imaginative play. The plastic it is made out of is easily breakable. Read more

Need to spend lots more money to fill it with furniture. The Tree House has many cute features and enchanting detail. My 7yr old daughter loves it and that's all that matters.
