This is scaled down for the baby sylvanians. The good thing about this toy is that it comes with all the accesories that you need, furniture, for a bedroom and kitchen, as a lot of the houses don't. It was a fairly inexpensive way to start a collection.

You can also purchese extra floors which fit easily onto it, there is a playroom with lots of lovely little toys including a large sandpit that can either go on top of the windmill or satand alone, also a bathroom. Well worth it!! you end up with a lovely 4 storey building
