Meet the Persis family! Father, Septimus Persis, is a master craftsman making the most beautiful, colourful rugs that Sylvania has ever seen! Mother, Salome Persis, is an artist and draws her inspiration from nature, she creates a lot of the intricate designs, sitting and painting for hours! Brother, Nolly Persis' idea of the 'purrfect' day is to play in the garden, his favourite pastime is to climb up all the different trees but always seems to get stuck up the biggest tree! Sister, Sadie Persis likes nothing better than to curl up with a good book, reading in the sunniest part of the house! A wonderful way to encourage role play.

This family is so cute. They have fuzzy fur and look so sweet. Their clothes are great too. My daughter loves them.

I bought these to replace an identical 'family' who were unfortunately eaten by the dog.
Interestingly, he only went for the family of cats and ignored the dogs, rabbits and bears, which just goes to show how lifelike they are!
My 10 year old daughter loves these toys and was distraught when the initial massacre was discovered and could only be appeased by a replacement set. She has hours of fun and adventure with these cute little creatures. Not exactly educational (hence the 3) but great for imagination and social play.
I have still rated durability as 4 as they withstand a lot of rough handling from daughter and friends. They would have got a 5 if they had withstood rottweiler but sadly it was not to be.
