Bought this for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas at her request and she loves it. Thought it might be a bit young for her, but this is not the case. Bought some furniture to go in it and a Rabbit Family who are adorable.
The light up fountain facility is great as it changes colour and looks really pretty. This was the reason my daughter wanted this particular house and it didn't disappoint. The swing seat in the garden is a really nice feature too. Was easy to put together and overall good quality toy.

My daughter had repeatedly asked for a house for her sylvanian growing family to live in, already having a traditional wooden kit personalised house I was not keen.
This as with most sylvanian propertys is very small which inhibits play value also difficult to fit various furniture in. The roof opens to be used as roof terrace using metal bar which comes off repeatedly which is annoying to all and discourages play. Overall wish I had stuck with my original plan and remain a one doll house family the traditional is far better play and value for money. It frustrates me how plastic however detailed can be this expensive. I did visit local toy store and check if the roof problem exits on all models and it did with model in store so did not bother complaining to sylvanian land but please beware. The main feature of this particular house is the light up fountain this was main attraction with my 6 year old however the battery is not replaceable making this a really useless and expensive feature.

My daughter recieved this for her 3rd birthday. It's a lovely house with colourful fountain but is much smaller than I anticipated. I think that it is way over priced for what is basically a small plastic house, however, my daughter loves it and all the bits of furniture and the rabbit family she also has are lovely. We have a bedroom set and a kitchen set and it just about all fits in the house (although it's a bit tight). Overall yes it's far too expensive for what it is but then toys are expensive and thats life, a nice toy for little girls though.
