Beechwood Hall is a wonderful home with working lights that are interchangeable and each can be turned on and off. It has 2 floors and opens up to give access to all 5 rooms. There's a landing that can be added to the first floor and a large play area for the ground floor which can be turned over to create a green/garden area. Requires 2 x AA batteries (not included). Figures & furniture not included.

Your Sylvanian Families will feel right at home in Beachwood Hall. This luxurious model house has two floors, with opening doors , a red tiled roof and creme walls. Open up the house to show the beautiful interior and five rooms inside, then set down the floor to give your Sylvanian Families the space they need to entertain guests. There is even a diagonal top landing you can set in place, so that your Sylvanians can easily move between the top floor bedrooms. The flight of stairs can be placed so it leads up to a bedroom, the landing, or the outside balcony. When it's sunny outside, flip the floor piece over to create a grassy lawn for having garden parties on. And when it starts to get dark, the house has two working lights that can be moved between rooms, so that your Sylvanian Families always have enough light. Sylvanian Families Beachwood Hall is a great way to encourage imaginative play, and a great addition to your Sylvanian Families collection. we brought this for my daughter as she wanted a bigger house for her sylvanian familes. she loves this and loves the fact that you pack everything up in the house and pack it all away. its great that you can switch a button on the house and the lights come on, its not massive. you get two downstairs rooms and two upstairs rooms. you can easily use one of the downairs rooms as a living room and one as a kitchen, my daughter uses one of the upstairs as a bathroom, you can easily fit a bath toilet and sink in it (with room to spare). she uses the other room as a bedroom, you are able to put a double bed in, or you can split the room with the wall provided into to two, which will give you room for a small bed and you could use the other side as a nusery. the house is great, i highly recommend it, your child will love it. the house is lovely looking aswell

Bought this as an addition to my daughters sylvanian families collection. It is a nice looking home which closes easily when not in use and can pack away furniture/sylvanians in it.
The rooms are on the small side but this doesnt bother my girls. More space is created using the extra floor space provided, which can be turned around so its green one side or brown the other. Makes a nice garden area for the sylvanians using the BBQ set or babies slide/swing set for example.
Knocked a star of the durability due to the plastic balcony/fencing coming off easily, although it goes back in just as quick.
