After a couple of listens to this album I was hooked. It would probably be a crooked wooden old hook from the 18th century resting up against a German caberat club. Thinking about it the hook could equally be found in the deserted town of a Morricone scored spagetti western.
It is a charming album with the right balance of being challenging and refreshing. Various musical comparisons such as early Beck, Bob Dylan, Tom Waits.....don't really do it full justice. A unique musical journey, lets hope they is more to come from Ralfe Band.
