A group of historical mystery writers each write a linked section of a tale about a sword. Unlike the first story by this group, The Tainted Relic, the mixture of styles doesn't jar and if you're a dedicated fan of the authors characters, you'll enjoy meeting them at different stages of the plot.

This is a historical who done it, set in different periods.It not a good as others in the set. A good read all the same and a chance to try new authors.
