I watched this film when i was like 10 or 11 years of age, and at that time although i understood the concept of the movie in some way, i never understood the big terms like Kimberly Mays in the film did, such as genetic testing and i never knew what ovarian cancer was and why it was so bad. But that's not the point of this review really.
The people who acted in this movie based on real life events made everything just as real as it was 20 odd years ago. Great movie, great actors/actresses and it took me 3 minutes to realise that one of the girls playing Arlena Twiggs' sister was Alyson Hannigan (Willow in Buffy). But great film. Glad its now shown on the True movies channel
