I'll keep this brief.... I found Fingerspitzengefühel by accident supporting Face Down in Stockholm, and I loved the bluesy, cheerful yet pissed off tone of their first album. I wasn't keen on their second effort, a bit too dirgey, but this is a stunning work worthy of many a repeat listen. My wife reckons they sound like Tool... I can see the resemblance but the major change this time (aside from the band's name) is a more fluid, layered approach, and they still retain the catchy hooks that I loved them for originally.
