I purchased this product after seeing the success that a friend had with it as we both do a lot of travelling.
I received the product and noticed that it didn't have printed on the side of it the adaptor the Swiss Travel Products logo. Also it remained to be seen within the instruction manual.
Not letting it bother me that much, I took it away and found when I first tried to use it that the USB adaptor didn't work.
I returned the product asking for a new "Genuine" Swiss Travel Products adaptor as advertised and they completely ignored my request and sent me another version of the same Made in China copy.
Pay a little more and go purchase the genuine product as this one if a fake and doesn't feel like it will last very long with the travel life style.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this adapter for use on a visit to India. As it is claimed to cover more than 150 countries I thought it would be certain to cover the Indian subcontinent. Nope! But at least it suited Spanish two pin plugs so I could use its USB adapter to charge my iPod. Nope - it failed to function. Back in the UK I tried the USB adapter once again. No joy. So all in all, this is a totally useless product.

My colleague has one of the original versions of this product, it is a well built, very useful travel gadget.
The one I recieved was a cheap version of the original which feels lightweight and cheaply made. If you are buying one of these make sure you buy the original.
I am sick of buying cheap copies on Amazon and it is time they took steps to combat this false advertising and ripping off of it's customers.

Didn't work at all
I find it impossible to believe that a power adapter just doesn't work at all. How bad can a product as simple as this one be to simply not work.

Great value - does wht it says on the tin.
It's the best value adaptor that we've found - appears to be identical with more expensive items. One point - don't plug a hairdrier into it as one of our friends did in Australia... Read more

Don't buy it..
Not worth for money.. its not a good products.. try not to buy this, quality is not that great either. I am using it for my ipod charge only.. rest its seems like useless to me..
