The Breakfast and Crepe Pan by Swiss Diamond is a versatile, extra thick, cast aluminium pan which conducts heat fast and evenly, and is perfectly shaped for flipping and serving pancakes and omlettes. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stovetops. With excellent non stick the frying pan is ideal for low fat cooking.
Swiss Diamond uses unique, patented technology which includes real diamond crystals to create unsurpassed non stick performance, and has been awarded with the prestigious Gold International Inventors Award. Swiss Diamond products are made from 6mm pressure cast aluminium for fast and even heat distribution, and coated with a unique non stick coating which includes real Diamond crystals. A Swiss Diamond pan is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recomended. Metal utensils can be used, as long as use is not aggressive. See tick chart for further details
