The Roasting and Lasagne Pan by Swiss Diamond is the perfect size for many purposes and can be used on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stovetops, as well as in the oven
Swiss Diamond uses unique, patented technology which includes real diamond crystals to create unsurpassed non stick performance, and has been awarded with the prestigious Gold International Inventors Award. Swiss Diamond products are made from 6mm pressure cast aluminium for fast and even heat distribution, and coated with a unique non stick coating which includes real Diamond crystals. A Swiss Diamond pan is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recomended. Metal utensils can be used, although chopping in the pan is not recommended. See tick chart for further details
