I bought this product before I fly to Sri Lanka. This is really good product for the money I paid.
Pros :
1) 4 wheels made my life easier in London Underground and other places I visited
2) Small bag is bonus as It is handy and almost as free with big luggage
3) Wheels are fantastic ( no trouble at all)
4) Little bit strechable even if it is hard case ( This will allow not to brake in hard situations)
5) Enough space to accomodate 30 KG (flight restriction)
6) Perfect for the money and It does what it intend to do. It really protect your valuable items (I took whisky bottles safely in this case)

Cons:
1) Comes with poly-ethiline cover which will damage quickly and looks ugly after small scratch.
2) Surface is shine which will be subjected to scratch easily
3) Only one side has coner gards to protect from hard scratches while it is traveling though convey belts (Cargo handling)
4) Logo badge is not prominent, easily removable
5) No inside small pocket to pul small valuable items such as keys, calculators etc...

Order early. It took long time to arrive for me

I purchased 2 identical suitcases (apart from the brand labels) 2 days before a 10 day trip to Grenada. The cases looked great and move easily. So much so I received compliments from the group of travellers I was with and even provided them with details.

On my return home I noticed one of the cases was damaged and reported the matter to Sports HQ immediately who requested a photograph showing the broken plastic around the telescopic pulling handle. On receipt, Sports HQ blamed the damage on baggage handlers and then failed to reply further. We all know how careful baggage handlers are? For a case to be damaged on its maiden flight it is not fit for purpose.

Sports HQ have a 7 day returns policy which is ridiculous for a travel item. They have offered no replacement, repair or refund. I plan to pursue the matter through Consumer Direct and the Small Claims Court if necessary.

This may have been at budget level but the wheel came off on it's first journey after very little use. I'd expect more from a piece of luggage. My advice...Look elsewhere.

As mentioned in previous reviews:
Yes it looks fantastic, and also easy to spot on the baggage belt.
I am a cabin crew and I've tried so many different luggage in the pas. though I liked this one for it's look unfortunately wheels broke after 6 months continuous (every day) use.
my advise is: if you looking for nice, sturdy holiday only set: go for it.
If you are businessmen or cabin crew - don't buy it.

I've had these for well over a year now and the big one has done several trips to and from Thailand with transfer flights and tube journeys to and from the airport, so I can confidently give them a good review knowing they've been well road tested.

They don't have the full rigidity of a proper hardshell case (like the really expensive ones). However they have done really well at keeping their shape and protecting what's inside. I've had bottles of wine etc in here and never had a breakage.
I like that they are really lightweight when empty (I've not weighed them myself but the big one must be <2kg). The biggest one should hold most of what you need for a 2 week holiday, if you are filling it to capacity with clothes, chances are you'll be carrying well over 25kg. Even with this sort of weight (I've had almost 30kg in there) they hold up well without too much strain on the flexible carrying handles on the top and sides.

The carrying handles are pretty comfortable, so if you aren't able to use the wheels you should be ok.
The four wheels pivot 360degrees and glide really nicely so you can easily move a really heavy bag around and change direction smoothly. I wasn't expecting the wheels to be so good on a bag at this price, so I'm really happy with that. The top handle extends to a decent height (and can also lock half way up) so its comfortable to pull around.

The shiny body does pick up small scratches easily, but it still looks ok to me, the bag still has a good shine to it and hasn't got any big gouges or dents.

Bought these when I was going on a work trip to the US and needed something to take over additional IT equipment so i bought these. Well they did the trick, they hold a good deal of luggage and even have a nice zip compartment in the one side (so keep fresh/dirty clothes seperate if you wish) which was a nice touch. Adjustable handle and 4 wheels to move it around and it'll quite happily stand on its own when you're moving slowly into check in.

After my trip the zips were intact, i had all 4 wheels and the case was still it decent condition after going through 3 seperate airports.

For the price I'd recommend them.

Exactly what I was looking for. It's a nice combination , fit for purpose. The large bag is easy to push even when filled to the fullest. Space inside is large and less is wasted. Its light weight but tough and will endure rough handling at the airport.

I am very disapointed with the larger of the of the suitcases.

I have used this case twice on the second occasion I found a crack around one of the wheels. The case was not over loaded and sustaines this damage.

I know cases at airports are not handled with respect, that is why I bought Swiss,
thinking they would be more durable, my mistake.

For the cost of the the cases I would have expected MORE.
