5.0 out of 5 stars I've read it 3 times! 20 Jun 2002
By Emily
Format:Paperback
The novel "Swiging on a Star" Is the most amazing book I have ever read. It follows the life of one girl from stardom at seven finding herself at thirty and the challenges she overcomes inbetween. The main character Daisy, like all the other characters in the book are so easy to relate to, and love. When this amazing book is over it leaves you wishing for more and wanting the characters to be apart of your life. "Swinging on a Star" is funny, tragic, and sad, but never depressing. This book is the perfect escape. I have read it three times in the past year, and I'm sure I will read it many more times in the future. It is the type off book which you can read over and over again. And while we may not all be celebrities, past or present, like the character in the book, it is not hard to see your own life being played out in words, in "Swinging on a Star"
This is the perfect book to read when you are sad or happy, so I highly reccomend it to all!
