The James Pearson Trio is in my opinion the best jazz trio in Europe today. This album is superb and a must for the jazz collector. The supreme piano playing by James Pearson and the amazing drumming of Chris Dagley is breathtaking - jazz at its best and so exciting.

Swing The Club was recorded live at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, London, featuring the house trio led by James Pearson (musical director at Ronnie Scott's). Sam Burgess on bass, Chris Dagley on drums.
This album was voted no.6 best Jazz Album of 2009 in the Sunday Times 100 Best Albums feature.
