Just ordered a second one of these. Image clarity is excellent. Very cheap. The different webcam imaging software I have used shows a maximum resolution of 1280 * 960 even though the specification of the CMOS sensor is 1280 * 1024, however that's not an issue for me. The simple but effective flexible stand will sit on a flat surface or can be used to sit the camera on the top edge of a laptop screen or PC monitor as there is a matching rubberised ridge just under the camera. Very happy.
Excellent camera , very good image and ridiculously cheap .The audio is quite good and no problem with drivers . Plug and play
My son fitted one of these for me last week,excelent compact webcam,everyone who has seen it has asked where it came from,as they thought the picture was one of the best they have seen,I doubt if it could be beaten in its price range.Sweex WC056 Hi-def 5m Webcam USB 2.0
