This is indeed a sweet taste of Detroit based Westbound artists presenting some of their best tracks available on individual albums. Higlights are many from the Counts' Rhythm changes, the symphonic soul of Baby let me take you, the Funkadelic funk of Cookie jar, the Ohio Players with Junie to unknowns Robert Lowe and Donald Austin with funky instrumentals and the disco pioneers of Mike Theodore. The previously unreleased Everything's gonna be alright closes off in style this great compilation at a bargain price.
