2.0 out of 5 stars Not very inspiring 6 Mar. 2014
By Naomi
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I'll be trying a couple of the salad recipes, but for the most part I found this book pretty uninspiring, and a handful of the recipe titles will show you why: "sweet potato with margarine and vanilla", "sweet potato with vanilla and cinnamon", "sweet potato with nutmeg", "sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg", "sweet potato with vanilla and butter"... I think the book would benefit a lot from some better titles for some of the recipes ("sweet potato with curry powder" actually turns out to be a lentil dish) and some short descriptions, including what to eat with the sweet potato dishes.

2.0 out of 5 stars Hard to follow 23 Mar. 2014
By FlowerPower21 - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Recipes initially sounded appealing but hard to follow. Directions jump from stove top to oven and back again, measurements go European and then English. Recipes sounded good but I would hesitate trying them for fear I was on the stove instead of the oven. How about a rewrite.
