Athletes in America are better looked after than in this country. They try to use all ways to cure you . Not just give you pain killers then pills to protect your kidneys etc;
Horsetail is a silica which they gibve to athletes to cure their tendons and muscles etc; with vitamin c. I trued it when I had arthritis ,inflamation and nerve pains and it workrd after some time. I took it with the usual calcium ,chlondroitin etc and antiinflammitories like herbs , cod liver oil , and turnmeric.It took 3 months but the pain has gone.
