I was trying to get a replacement teapot for the Cookworks Tea maker my mother in law uses every day. The teapot had cracked by the handle. Cookworks do not make this any more, so i tried the Swan replacement teapot. This worked very well. unfortunately the first teapot arrived with the little lip which holds the lid in place was missing. I reported it back to the supplier who supplied a replacement imediately no questions asked - which is really refreshing in this day and age.

On the second attempt the teapots arrived in one piece thanks to Electrospares prompt action and improvement of their packaging.The teapot could reach 5 stars if someone could produce one that is dishwasher safe too!!

new teapot fits old teasmade
The old teapot broke and I wasn't sure if the new model teapot would fit the old model teasmade. Fortunately it does, not problems at all.
