The fryer does what it says on the box-It fries and quite well actually. Build quality is not good, the outer casing is assembled from pre-moulded plastic components which are ill fitting. If you want a machine that looks classy, this is not the one. Condensation from the fryer runs down the outside and on to work surfaces.Basically, you get what you pay for.

Bought this frier less than 7 months ago, and the thermostat has gone already, wont heat the oil more than a few degrees.
Would have expected it to have lasted a couple of years at least.
To much hassle to send it back with packing and postage costs,will just have to pick another frier and hope it lasts a bit longer.
