If you love sushi and fancy having a go at making your own then this book is worth every penny. Even if you have had a go at making sushi before you will find plenty of inspiration for different recipes and ideas in it.

Each recipe is beautifully photographed so that you can see exactly what you will be making. The recipes are detailed and easy to follow. Many recipes offer alternative filling suggestions so if you aren't keen on one there is usually something else you can try instead.

I've been really pleased with this book and would definitely recommend it to all sushi enthusiasts. Just think how much money you can save by making your own - and also how many more fillings you can try out.
