I have bought a lot of exercise video's in the past and really wanted to get something on DVD, because you have the option of skipping or choosing different parts of workouts. I bought Susan's DVD on an off chance, because I didn't really know much about her previous workouts. But, this is FANTASTIC, it really is a great fat burning workout that combines aerobic activity and cross-training with hand held weights. Susan is a great motivator and a real role model, because she has herself been overweight/unfit and knows the difficulities people face as they begin to workout. She offers a variety of options or modifications (she call's herself the modifier) throughout the video, so that it can be adapted to someone new to exercise or the experienced. This workout, works you hard, but you really don't feel it because of the combinations in the programme. It's great fun and before you know it the workout is over and you feel great!! I've been doing it three times and week and have already lost weight and toned up. BUY BUY BUY this DVD.
