DamienWS,
This review is from: How to Survive in the Urban Jungle (10 Steps to Wellbeing) (Paperback)
Really useful book. I think this is the same guy that runs the HEALTHtext service which I swear by. Totally worth a read if you find yourself burning the candle at all three ends and need to find a healthy balance.

Work & Play - Its possible..!,
This review is from: How to Survive in the Urban Jungle (10 Steps to Wellbeing) (Paperback)
I liked this book a lot, mainly because it gives some great, practical advice on how you enjoy your life, have a few drinks etc, but still stay healthy and look after yourself. Its also not too long, and split into readable chapters, and areas of advice.Fad diets and strict regimes arent necessary for wellbeing improvements, and the chapters in the book explain easy to take steps on ways to improve your lifestyle, without changing yourself altogether. Nice idea, and well executed.

Wellness in a modern world.,
This review is from: How to Survive in the Urban Jungle (10 Steps to Wellbeing) (Paperback)
Roland White thoroughly understands life in a modern world. Our craving and need for something more, but little time to try and achieve it.His approach to life, living healthily and exercising makes perfect sense. He puts into clear, concise words everything you've thought you should always know about basic wellness, whether it's sleep, food, weight loss, a healthy mind and even libido. He writes like one of your mates, like conversations you've had with your friends who've only got your best interests at heart. He makes simple but realistic suggestions for ways to change habits or make habits. The book also isn't naive to the excesses, indulgences and pace of life in a modern, urban, consumer world. Rather than trying to talk you out of all your bad habits, he tries to persuade humorously and recommends a way of life to fit in with most of yours. I couldn't recommend this little book more.
