Unusually for a M&B book this is written in the first person. The best kind of chick lit, it's funny, a bit sad in a safe sort of way but its M&B so all you have to do is hang on for that happy ending. I love Liz Fielding and this tale shows that her book might not be in a chicklicious expensive pink and silver jacket, but its actually better than a lot of top sellers that I've read. Loved it. Its on my keeper shelf.
