Review

"There is plenty of information on each spot and also plenty of good colour photos throughout. The surfers tales give a good insight into the atmosphere of local surfers and a board guide shows what the guys that know their waves are riding. All in all a very useful guide laid out really well." About the Author

When they’re not exploring, Chris Nelson and Demi Taylor check the Cornish surf from their bedroom window every morning. Chris grew up surfing the frigid reefs of northeast England. He founded and edited two of the UK’s most influential board sports magazines- Asylum and Freeride, spending almost a decade interviewing surfing’s heroes and anti-heroes. He is freelance writer, but more importantly he’s a sucker for a right-hand point break. Demi has travel in her blood- her childhood spanned four continents. She caught her first wave in ’92 and has been hooked on surfing ever since. After handling the UK communications for the world’s largest surf brand, she left home to become a freelance write and photographer and to spend more time surfing those left-hand beach breaks she loves so much. Together they have written How to be a Surfer and Footprint’s Surfing Europe.
