Surf Wax and Vodka Jelly was a fantastic girly read - from about 30 pages in to the book I just couldn't put it down, so much so that my boyfriend nearly dumped me by the third day of having my head stuck in it!

There was a great and unexpected twist, and on so many occasions I found myself laughing out loud.

This book is a must for anyone who has been to uni, is going to uni, or knows someone that has been or is going to uni! Truly hilarious!

If you've ever wondered what university life is like, buy this book! It's incredibly accurate and that's what makes it so funny - it brought back so many memories of my time at university that it made me feel as though the author was writing about me, not her fictional main character Josie Williams.
I challenge you not to laugh out loud in places, especially a certain scene involving fake boobs...
All in all, this is a clever, funny book, and I could not put it down - it finished far too quickly. Fingers crossed for a sequel!
